LinkShare Affiliates19. I was a C&D affiliate with LinkShare, will you still work with LinkShare?
We recently switched affiliate programs from LinkShare to Commission Junction. We now work exlusively with Commission Junction. Our contract with LinkShare ends March 28, 2008.
20. Why did you switch to Commission Junction?
We made the switch due to corporate consolidation needs, not because there was a problem with LinkShare.
21. How will I be paid for sales generated in March?
Because our contract ends March 28th, 2008, we will not be generating automatic checks via LinkShare in April. Instead we partner up with LinkShare to provide the final tally and will generate checks via Church & Dwight directly. However, you should expect the same time frame for checks to be generated. Sales will stop tracking after March 28th, 2008.
22. Can I now become a Commission Junction affiliate?
Absolutely. We sincerely regard our affiliates as our extended sales force and expect to continue our relationship via Commission Junction. You may sign up for our Commission Junction affiliate program here.
23. What happens to my LinkShare commission structure?
From March 2008 until September 2008, any of our active (you've generated a click-thru in the last six months) LinkShare affiliates that sign up in Commission Junction will be grandfathered in with their old commission structure. If you've generated over $500 in sales, you'll also receive a cash incentives to be determined by the amount in sales. We will be contacting our Top Tier affiliates personally to discuss how we can ease this period of transition and figure out a proper incentive offer to make the switch. We manually approve all affiliates and will be cross-referencing new sign-ups with our LinkShare records.
24. What happens to my LinkShare text and banners after March 2008?
Old LinkShare text links and banners will NOT work after March 2008. You will need to become our affiliate via CJ and work with the new creatives we have to offer. We recognize this is not a simple procedure and we welcome any chance to speak with you personally about making the switch. Please email us at
affiliates@marinermarketing.net.
